1. Exchange & Return Period
Standard Returns/Exchanges: You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong product, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Not show any signs of damage caused by misuse.

3. Items Not Eligible
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:

• The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Original tags or packaging are missing.
• The product was customized or made specifically for the customer.

4. Exchange Process
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or color is unavailable, you may choose another available item or request a refund if applicable.

5. Refund Policy
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed.
Refunds will always be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a manufacturing defect.
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
